Rolex designed the Cellini to be the preeminent symbol of elegance and performance. A premier dress watch, besides its stunning dial this Cellini also has an 18K gold case with angular tonneau shape and a high-grade handwound caliber 1600 movement.

As a small midsized watch it is well-suited for someone who with a smaller wrist. Its length and width are the virtually the same as a mens Cartier Tank from the era.

It is all-original and has never been polished. It presents in pleasing condition.

Its case is in fabulous untouched condition - a 9 out of 10 with only light wear and all of the Rolex factory applied finish intact. Despite what the photos seems to suggest, all of its original markings are still lightly intact.

Its exotic dial is untouched. It is in excellent condition with slight aging around parts of the periphery.

One of our Master Watchmakers, who used to be the watchmaker for an authorized Rolex dealer and was given special training by Rolex at their Beverly Hills Service Center to be an authorized Rolex watchmaker, has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, installing a correct new Rolex mainspring, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (a $795 value).

It continues to run very strong and true, keeping time nearly on par with a new Cellini in our testing recording position.

For the finishing touch, it has been equipped with a brand new crocodile strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
