It features a stainless steel case with 18K gold octagonal bezel, classic silver Roman dial with blue steel "epee" hands, sapphire topped crown, and quartz Cartier movement that never needs to be wound.
It has all of its original parts and presents as gorgeous condition - overall about a 9.6 out of 10.
Its case present as gorgeous mint, like new. Its dial has been refinished to mint condition. The bracelet presents as just short of mint with fairly mild stretch - its finish presents as mint. On the wrist it presents nearly like new.
